The workshop includes sessions on the acute management and assessment of acquired brain injury and post-acute, out-patient and community neuropsychological rehabilitation. Seminars will focus on an update of the medical and surgical management of traumatic brain injury and stroke, neuropsychological assessment in inpatient and outpatient settings, effort testing, social cognition and family interventions. There will be opportunity for small group discussions throughout the workshop.

Confirmed speakers include: Jonathan Evans, Professor of Applied Neuropsychology, Glasgow; Glyn Humphreys, Professor of Experimental Psychology, Oxford; Tim Lawrence, Consultant Neurosurgeon, Oxford; Derick Wade, Consultant Neurological Disability, Oxford; Nigel King, Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist, Aylesbury; and many experienced clinicians within the field.
