This half-day workshop at the Kings Centre in Oxford is for people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic populations (BAME) who are interested in a career in clinical psychology. It includes inspirational talks from people at different stages of the career pathway, from current trainees to experienced clinical psychologists. Themes include why diversity is important in the profession and how to increase your prospects of getting on to a clinical psychology training programme. Confirmed speakers include: Dr Zenobia Nadirshaw, Consultant Clinical Psychologist who was voted “Inspiring Woman of the Year” at the 2016 Migrant Woman of the Year Awards.
