This is a 1 year, part-time post-graduate programme, validated by the University of Oxford.  It is aimed at qualified professionals working in health, education, social care and organisational contexts who use psychological principles in their work, and want to develop their supervision skills.  It offers the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in order to improve supervision practice. The Programme provides high quality training in key competencies and skills to become an effective supervisor drawing on a broad range of models, theory and research.  The evidence base will inform the content and there will be particular emphasis on the supervisory relationship throughout.  The course team are experienced clinicians, supervisors, trainers and active researchers in this field and are committed to providing a supportive context for students to reflect on their practice and learn new skills.

Fees for 2018 are £3,354.

Extended deadline for applications is 2nd July, 2018.  Interviews will be held in August.
