Saturday 10th June saw the inaugural Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust 6-a-side charity football tournament held to raise money for the Oxford Health charity. The Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology fielded a team comprising a balance of both youth and experience including trainees from each of the three years of the DClinPsych training programme, a former trainee, a local clinical supervisor, a clinical tutor and the Institute Director. Despite a shaky start going down 0-1, the team rallied in their next two matches to finish runner up in their Division. Their semi-final finished 0-0 and went to a nail-biting penalty shoot-out which they won. Despite going into the final as underdogs against the undefeated "Warneford Woodpeckers", OXICPT FC put in a stellar performance to finish 2-1 and were crowned champions!
