The Oxford Institute for Clinical Psychology Training held its first careers event aimed at encouraging and supporting people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups to apply for clinical psychology training on 6th November 2015. This free event was a huge success and included excellent and inspiring talks from Oxford trainees past and present; a keynote from Dr Kat Alcock, DCP BME Mentoring Scheme Lead; and opportunities for reflection and networking in small groups.
