Hannah Wilson

BSc (Hons)

Trainee Clinical Psychologist

I am currently in my second year of clinical psychology training and on placement in the Bracknell Older Peoples' Mental Health Service.

My previous placements include the Adult Community Mental Health Team in Maidenhead, Children's Psychological Medicine at the John Radcliffe Hospital, and the Oxford City Community Learning Disability Team.

My thesis will explore the experiences of transgender young people.

Professional Interests

Prior to training I worked in an Older Adults CMHT/Memory Clinic, and a neurorehabilitation centre for people experiencing brain injury and neurological conditions.

My interests include preventative healthcare and the role of clinical psychology in encouraging mental wellbeing in the public. I am also interested in service development and encouraging person-centred, compassionate ways of working.
